Every great building evolves, and so does the way we connect with you. On November 30, 2026, the Century Park app will officially be retired.
We’re grateful to everyone who used it to RSVP to events, submit requests, digitally access the building, and stay in the loop. Your feedback helped us understand what matters most to the Century Park community.
What This Means for You:
Service Requests: Continue submitting work orders through MRI/Angus.
Visitor Access: Work with your suite administrator to pre-register visitors in HID Safe.
Building Updates: Stay informed through lobby and elevator displays, as well as this newsletter.
Mobile Credentials (New): To continue using your phone as a building credential, download the HID Mobile App. Your suite administrator must submit a request through MRI/Angus for your new mobile credential, which is typically activated within one (1) business day following submission.

IMPORTANT: Beginning December 1, 2026, the Century Park app can be deleted from your phone. Following its retirement on November 30, 2026, the Century Park app will no longer be available for use and may be removed from your device. No further action is required unless you wish to continue using a mobile credential instead of a physical key card.
Existing mobile credentials will not transfer to the new platform and cannot be reused. To continue using a mobile credential, you must request a new credential through the HID Mobile App by contacting your suite administrator. Please note that Building Management and Security are unable to create or issue mobile credentials on your behalf.
To avoid potential delays, we strongly encourage users to submit requests before December 1, 2026. As we anticipate a significant number of users transitioning to the new platform, processing delays may occur. Instructions for requesting and activating new mobile credentials will be distributed to suite administrators by November 9, 2026.

Help Keep Century Park’s EV Charging Stations Accessible
To ensure fair access to our EV chargers, please follow these simple guidelines:
- EV Charging Stations Are for EVs Only – Non-electric vehicles should not park in these spaces. - Vehicles Must Be Actively Charging – EVs parked in designated charging stalls must be plugged in and charging. If charging is complete, the vehicle must be moved.
- Move Your Vehicle Promptly – Once your EV is fully charged, relocate it to free up the station for others.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in a citation. Thank you for helping us maintain a smooth and efficient charging experience for everyone!

We are excited to reintroduce our Luxer One Delivery Locker amenity at Century Plaza Towers and 2000 Avenue of the Stars! To enhance convenience and security, Luxer One delivery lockers are available for all Amazon package deliveries. Located on P1 at the bottom of the escalators in the garage, these lockers are accessible 24/7, making it easier for you to pick up your parcels at your convenience.
