Century Park will be hosting a building-wide cleanup for electronic waste and bulky items on Thursday, December 18, 2025. A dumpster for electronic waste and bulky trash will be available in the loading dock from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. This service is free of charge and open to all tenants that would like to participate. All bulky items and E-waste will need to be taken down via the freight elevator to the loading dock zone where there will be designated areas for these items. 

Please check in with Loading Dock Security Officer to get directions on where to drop off your E-waste items. If your office would like to utilize the Building's day porters and the large gray trash bins, there will be a charge of $30.00 for each trash bin and a $41.00 per hour fee for the day porter's labor. Please note, day porters cannot remove equipment heavier than 20lbs.

Help Keep Century Park’s EV Charging Stations Accessible

To ensure fair access to our EV chargers, please follow these simple guidelines:

- EV Charging Stations Are for EVs Only – Non-electric vehicles should not park in these spaces.
- Vehicles Must Be Actively Charging – EVs parked in designated charging stalls must be plugged in and charging. If charging is complete, the vehicle must be moved.
- Move Your Vehicle Promptly – Once your EV is fully charged, relocate it to free up the station for others.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in a citation. Thank you for helping us maintain a smooth and efficient charging experience for everyone!
